The Company’s ordinary shares are traded on AIM of the London Stock Exchange. There are no other exchanges or trading platforms on which the Company has applied or agreed to have any of its securities admitted or traded.

As at 29 January 2021 the company has 16,281,055 ordinary shares in issue with nominal value of £0.005 each. All of the shares are fully-paid. No shares are held as treasury shares. There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s shares.
